Pranayama and Restorative Yoga now available On Demand

Hi yogis. I’m excited to roll out the first new On Demand Library exclusive offerings, beginning with Pranayama and Restorative Yoga. Both of these options are aimed at promoting stress reduction and mental clarity.

Pranayama, or breath work, is launching today with five minute classes on Nodi Shodhana and Box Breathing. Both types include an introductory video that will teach you the style of breathing, so please watch that first. This would be a great way to begin your day, or your meditation practice.

Restorative yoga begins with a 15-minute class consisting of three poses. This also includes a brief video talking about what restorative yoga is and its benefits. Beside each video you’ll see the poses we’re practicing, their lengths, and the props you need for the class. While restorative yoga uses as many props as yin, it is a very different practice. It is the gentlest class I offer, and one you won’t want to miss.

New classes that are exclusive to the On Demand Library will be added on a monthly basis, with more Restorative classes coming first.

To gain access to Pranayama and Restorative Yoga, you need to be a Pay What You Can member. If you’re on one of the old plans, you’ll be prompted to upgrade your membership the first time you try to access the class. If you purchased your membership on this site, the charge will be prorated depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Members who purchased an annual plan while on Patreon can contact me for a coupon code that is equivalent to that plan’s remaining value.

Enjoy these new on demand classes, and I’ll see you on your mat.
