meet your teacher
I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, and have been teaching for over 10. I was initially trained in Ashtanga, and have taken many workshops in the years since. My last teacher training was on Yin Yoga with Josh Summers, and it’s the style I most love to practice today.
Excellent teacher for all levels. Incorporates more than one yoga style within a week to keep classes interesting and students motivated.
