Slow it down with Self Care Week beginning on July 12

During Self Care Week, we're changing the schedule up to slow things down. You'll get to practice classes like Yin Yoga designed to reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed. And for the first time ever, we're going live with our exclusive On Demand classes on Pranayama and Restorative Yoga.

Virtual classes will be broadcast live only on Zoom. Sign up at least 15 minutes before class to get your link to join the class, and there’s no pressure to turn on your camera. If you miss the live class, the On Demand Library will be updated on Sunday, July 18 with all the virtual classes from Self Care Week. Don’t forget, only Pay What You Can members have complete access to the On Demand Library, including Pranayama and Restorative Yoga classes. If you’re not on a PWYC membership plan, this is the perfect week to try out a new class live, and then upgrade your membership for complete On Demand access.
