October Schedule Updates

Pleasureville

Rocket Yoga for Beginners joins the Pleasureville studio on Monday nights beginning October 4. This is a vinyasa class rooted in Ashtanga, and can be practiced by all levels. Now you’ll be able to practice this class at both studio locations.

Our Yin Yoga class will change from 75 minutes to 60 minutes effective immediately.

Virtual

I’m excited to introduce a new class to the virtual schedule on Tuesday nights beginning October 5. Yoga Strong is a vinyasa class which combines yoga with traditional strength training moves. Each week we’ll focus on a different body part, and classes will range from 30-45 minutes. Example classes are chest and triceps; back and biceps; core and balance; and legs and shoulders. Dumbbells are used throughout class, but can be optional. This is going to be a challenging practice, but as always, modifications will be given.
