Today we’re going to work on a flowing class with emphasis on the hips and a good helping of arm balances. If you are new to arm balancing be prepared to fall, and that’s ok. You’ll find the balance easier with practice. A block can be helpful in today’s class.

In this class we’re going to weave traditional standing balancing poses into a flow while working the total body. Keep your core engaged, stick with you breath, and focus your gaze during transitions. That will help a lot with your balance. However, if you fall, don’t worry about it!
