I have been working on this sequence off-and-on for the past several years. I first saw Doug Swenson do it at a workshop in Louisville, and he made it look incredibly easy. Of course, I didn’t think it was at the time. What I’ve learned this last time was only using one arm for support. To me that made it easier to rotate the hips back up, and get lift off.
